Dr. David finds PUNCTUALITY important. He seems to be someone my Dad would like. I am so sorry for anyone who disagree but we are lucky that people like Dr. David is still flexible with us. What if such thing were to happen in the working world? Or in a FOREIGN country?
I think it is my advantage of having an EX-POLICE father. Policemen habits die hard in my Dad. When he says, "Wake up at 7.30 and be in the living room downstairs by 8 am." We HAVE to be there by 8 am.
As much as I hate to admit it, I like being in Kuching instead of being here in KL... I wake up early by practise there, many thanks to my Dad but when I go home to Mont Kiara, I wake up early. Wait. Let me rephrase that, I prefer staying in a house with my parents around.
I don't like waking up late because by waking up late, I waste time. I don't like people waiting for me but I don't mind waiting for people who've set a time for me ESPECIALLY elders.
UNLESS.
You have NO CHOICE to be late. At least, INFORM.. but when it comes to elders like parents or relatives or lecturers, I find it AWKWARD..
But I find PUBLIC TRANSPORT here in MALAYSIA is a HINDRANCE. Like today, KLRapid - normally, morning buses, by around 8.15 am, the bus should be around but today, 8.25 am, the guy came. The thought of WALKING for 15 minutes is a pain UNLESS I have NO choice or I get tired of waiting.
But IN Kuching, I have a car and I have to depend on the stupid idiots on the road other than that, there is no problem.
Eventually, as punctual as we try to be, there will always be a hindrance somehow. Something ALWAYS come up but it can be avoided. Owh well.
But where CLASSES are concerned, I don't like being late without being questioned UNLESS my reason are reasonable. I am not criticizing anyone because being late is unavoidable IF there is a valid reason to be late. And when I say VALID, I meant an HONEST reason of being late.
APART FROM THAT, Dr. David's jokes reminds me of my Dad's. LEG PULLING! XD
OH MY GOD!
Santana is Malaysian! XD
Will tell later. IF I remember.
