Rants + Other Things

I hate it when I have to tolerate people who think that they are perfect when they are not even near perfect. What I can't stand the most are people spitting into the air. Hello? Won't the spit land back onto your face?

It is weird on how people don't realised their faults and when they pretend like they are not wrong, it gets sickening. What is worst, they seem to look innocent but at the end of the day when the dirty truth is revealed, you would think innocence isn't in their dictionary. Goodness, why people like this exist? Are they desperate? If yes, for what? Why can't they just shut the hell up and stop bragging all together that other people is always on the wrong while they are on the right when in actual fact, it is the other way around?

This relates to the girl this afternoon and I call her Rihanna. No, not because I don't like Rihanna (which I do, really) but she thinks she is Rihanna. Oh. My. God. I had never in my life, meet a girl with no manners. I hated the way she respond to an older person. The way she answered back. It was rude. What does Ejah sees in that girl? She is a liar, a slanderer and a skank. Skank? How? Well, she is one who is willing to share boyfriends with other girls. Trust me, and boy is she good at making a relationship complicated.

What I am trying to say is, I cannot stand people like this... Not only she thinks she is perfect but she thinks she is pretty when the bitch (as in a dog) is way prettier than her. Ah. Forget about these sort of people. They don't deserved to be acknowledged.

See the picture above? I am craving for that. That is called ayam penyet (flatten chicken). What is in this ayam penyet? Basically, it is a type of chicken rice which hails from Indonesia :) As you notice, there is fried chicken thighs with vegetables (which we call ulam) which consist of:- daun ubi, cantek manis, cabbages and cucumber. Underneath it all, notice that red scary looking sauce? Aww, it is not that scary. It is sambal tumis. Caution: It is spicy. And on certain days, it is EXTRA spicy.

**The problem with spicy food is, when you think you want to stop eating it, you tend to want more... I find it intriguing!**

Call me an obsessed-much. I am not. I just love this dish. It is filling and I could last a day without other meal after this rather hearty meal! Wonder where I always eat ayam penyet? If you are from where I am from (Kuching, Sarawak), there is a place behind Ambank facing the Satok overhead bridge. Look for an orange shop called SATAY CEKO (something like that). Let me warn you, they are closed on MONDAYS. Also, it cost RM6. I would think that is cheap.

Ayam penyet, to my surprise is very popular in Singapore! But the differences are the Singaporeans include soup, cherry tomatos instead of cantek manis or daun ubi and the chicken is fried only with some crispy bits.

Damn. All this talking about food is making me hungry. I shall blog more when I have more to rant or blog about. I am very sleepy at the moment and it is not funny.
